He is a strategic‐thinking professional with about one decade professional experiences in Human Resource Management, Project Management, Business Analysis and Data Analytics, Compensation and Benefits Structure, Performance Management System, HR Analytics, Human Resources Solution and Business Processes.

His consulting experience cut across People and Organisation Capability Development Company with specialties in Human Resource Strategy, Business Solutions, Project Management, Business/Data Analysis/Analytics, People Development, Performance Management, Talent Retention and Succession Plan Strategy, Payroll Design and Management, and HR Technology Solutions.

Oluwole Famakinwa bagged a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University. A Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria. He is a certified Lean/DF Six Sigma Green Belt from Aveta Business Institute, USA –and curently studying for a Master Degree programme in Financial Engineering. He his a Professional Member, International Institute of Business Analysis, Canada and Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria.

Oluwole is currently the Team Lead, Organisational Development & HRIS Management for The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is a recipient of the prestigious Annual CEO Award for Most Outstanding Employee of the Year 2013, The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
